Calorie Calculator
Daily calories from age, height, weight, and activity. Use cm, feet, kg, lb, or stone.
How daily calorie needs are estimated
A calorie calculator estimates TDEE: calories to maintain weight given age, sex, height, weight, and activity. We use Mifflin-St Jeor BMR times an activity factor, the same approach used by many nutrition tools.
Height can be centimeters, meters, feet and inches, or inches. Weight can be kilograms, pounds, or stone. Mix units if that is how you know your numbers. Activity is written in plain language so you can pick the closest match.
This is informational. Needs vary with muscle mass, hormones, and health conditions. A cut of about 500 kcal a day is a common starting point for gradual fat loss only with medical guidance.
